RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At PRAEUR, many of our products are created or produced especially for each order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other buyer-selection reasons.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact PRAEUR as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem and, when applicable, the packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, PRAEUR may provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
SIZING AND PRODUCT SELECTION
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and other details carefully before placing your order. We cannot provide returns, exchanges, or refunds because the wrong size, color, style, or other option was selected by the customer.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of downloadable and digital products, digital purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PRAEUR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
